Meet Sharon Gam, Ph.D
Lake Mary Personal Trainer| Health Coach| Fitness Enthusiast| The Office Trivia Champ
My fitness journey began like everyone else’s. The pursuit of that elusive 6 pack.
But you know what? I quickly discovered that having a chiseled bod isn’t sustainable, and that changing my body didn’t make me feel as good as I thought it would. I needed a more concrete reason. I found holistic mental health support through movement and by staying consistent I’ve been able to not only get stronger but maintain a sustainable routine for over 20 years (I know right?!)
I know what it’s like not to feel confident or strong enough.
I struggled for many years with depression and anxiety, and what changed my life for the better was running and strength training. Through exercise, I gained self-confidence, resilience, patience, persistence, and just genuinely felt better in my own skin.
Once I started to experience the life-changing benefits, I realized I wanted to learn more about how exercise can have such profound physical and mental effects. I decided to use that knowledge to help others.
After more than 17 years of training clients and studying exercise science, I have the tools to help you build the rewarding life you want.
More importantly, I know how to integrate that knowledge with motivation science and behavioral psychology to help you make lifestyle changes that you can actually stick with, so you not only get results but keep them forever.
Motivation. Accountability. Support.
I’ve supported 300+ clients as a personal trainer and health coach. It all boils down to YOU. You know you want to feel better. Let me help you get there.
Together we will develop a personalized plan to build strength and create healthy habits, in a supportive, holistic environment.
