Our semi-private personal training classes combine personalized coaching with the energy and support of a small community. Every workout is guided by a coach and designed to help you build strength safely and confidently, whether you’re brand new to strength training or returning after years away from exercise.
This is not an intimidating gym environment or a bootcamp-style workout. Classes are intentionally small (no more than 5 people), so you receive personalized attention, learn proper form, and progress at your own pace in a welcoming, supportive space.
Who it’s for:
We begin with a conversation about your goals, fitness history, injuries and experience level. We meet you where you are and help you use exercise to live the life you want.
Two one-on-one sessions with a certified trainer: a full movement assessment, your personalized program built into your workout app, and coaching on the fundamentals so you feel confident from day one.
In 55-minute coach-led sessions you follow your personalized app-guided program. A trainer leads the group of no more than 5, helping with form, spotting, weight selection and motivation.
One-time onboarding fee (covers your 2 one-on-one starter sessions): $99 founding · standard $199. Initial 3-month commitment, then month-to-month. Founding members lock in their rate for as long as their membership stays active.
Prefer fully private, one-on-one coaching? In-person sessions in the Longwood studio, built entirely around you. The longer your commitment, the lower your monthly rate.
